From the tender age of two, Kyle Drakard embarked on a melodic odyssey that has transformed him into a dynamic musician and dedicated educator. His journey through various instruments and roles is a testament to his remarkable passion for music.

 

Kyle's instrumental prowess shines brilliantly across a diverse array of instruments, including electric and acoustic guitars, drums, bass, piano, and sitar. These instruments have become the vibrant colours on his musical palette.

Beyond his instrumental virtuosity, Kyle has significantly contributed to the Maltese music scene through his involvement in various successful bands. He co-founded and served as the guitar player of The Ranch, leaving an indelible imprint on their sound. Similarly, as the co-founder and drummer of The PlaKard Project.

Currently, Kyle assumes the role of both guitar and sitar player in the renowned Maltese band Tribali, adding a distinctive and captivating dimension to their sound.

 

With an unwavering passion for music education, Kyle's dedication is palpable through his engaging workshops, enriching masterclasses, and personalised private tuition sessions.

His performances have graced stages at esteemed events such as Gensna, Earth Garden, We Out Here Festival in the UK, and the enchanting Love Supreme Jazz Festival in Glynde, UK. 

His seamless transition between roles, whether as a music tutor, session musician, or band leader, highlights his remarkable versatility.
